Yak Junior is designed just for young learners. With your choice of 25- or 50-minute lessons, your child can learn 1-to-1 or in a small group, learning English in a safe and supportive environment. Every class is designed specifically for your child’s level and interests, blending games, songs, stories, and a range of National Geographic textbooks to make their online English course enjoyable, interactive, and effective.

What to expect
Choose between 25-minute “bite-sized” lessons or full 50-minute sessions, either 1-to-1 or in small groups. We generally reccomend 25 minute classes for under-12s, and 50 minutes for 12+. Each online class is built around your child’s needs and energy levels, with a balance of speaking, listening, vocabulary, and age-appropriate grammar. Classes take place on Tencent (for our Chinese students) and Google Meet for international students.

Whether your child is shy, energetic, curious, or cautious, we’ll shape the class to help them succeed. We celebrate progress at every step, building confidence lesson by lesson. We can work with all levels from A1-C2.
Kids learn English best when they’re enjoying themselves. Yak Junior lessons are playful, silly, and full of interactive activities that reinforce grammar, vocabulary, and speaking. Learning English feels more like fun than study, and we promise high talking-time for young learners.
